All-Round Networking (ARN) provides member networking, meeting, visitor registration, referral, and meal ordering tools through our mobile app, dashboard, and related online services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use the ARN mobile app or related ARN services.

We may collect contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, role, group, and profile details.

We may collect membership and meeting information, including attendance records, visitor records, substitutes, referrals, contribution amounts, meeting notes, and related business networking information.

We may collect meal and beverage preferences, dietary requirements, allergy notes, and breakfast order information where these features are used by your ARN group.

If you upload images or profile content, we may collect those files and the related content you provide.

We collect login and account identifiers needed to authenticate your account and provide access to ARN services.

Where visitor fees or other payments are required, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.

Payment card details are entered into the payment provider’s secure checkout flow. ARN does not store full credit card or bank card numbers in the mobile app.

We may receive payment status, amount, transaction reference, and related registration information needed to confirm a payment and complete a visitor registration or order.

We use personal information to operate ARN services, manage member accounts, display member and group information, record meeting activity, process visitor registrations, manage breakfast and beverage orders, send relevant operational messages, and support business networking workflows.

We may also use information to maintain security, troubleshoot issues, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve the reliability of ARN services.

Personal information may be visible to authorised ARN administrators, group leaders, operations managers, treasurers, chief visitor hosts, and other members where required for normal ARN networking and meeting operations.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the app and services, such as hosting providers, email delivery services, payment processors, and technical support providers.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising tracking.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

Information is stored only for as long as reasonably needed for ARN operations, legal requirements, dispute handling, security, accounting, or record-keeping purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate ARN operational or legal record-keeping requirements.

You may also ask us questions about how your information is used or request that certain optional information be updated or removed.

ARN services are intended for business networking and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
